Worked with Catsy and SAP integrated with a custom Wordpress/WooCommerce theme to manage multiple ecommerce sites. Learned how to manage Apache Server and supported AWS instances. Worked with Marketing for special promotions and debugged outdated plugins as much as possible. Helped integrate new ownership's version of SAP and Agility DAM projects into new Drupal website. Learned more tech support skills and used low code system OutSystems and SwipeGuide to remove paper forms and training manuals from production warehouses.
